Franciska Zólyom

Curator Franciska Zólyom has been the director of the GfZK – Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst Leipzig since 2012. The GfZK works with artists and experts (of everyday life) to address pressing contemporary questions and concerns: How do we perceive our environment and how do we inform it? What does it mean to live together in a self-determined and respectful way? Many curatorial projects by Franciska Zólyom explore these very questions, including Little Warsaw: The Battle of the Inner Truth, MyVillages: The International Village ShowExperimental Jetset: Provo Station, or Natascha Süder Happelmann: Ankersentrum. surviving in the ruinous ruin.
