Peter Kærgaard Andersen

Peter Kærgaard Andersen works across performance, film and new media with interests in landscape, belonging, heritage and more-than-human entanglements. He is currently a PhD student in Digital Humanities at Genova University with an arts-based research project on Mediterranean coastal landscapes and deep-time horizons. Walking-based methodologies and archival research are combined with humoristic and indeterminate aesthetics to open up to encounters between multiple temporal assemblages and agencies. Peter is the co-founder of the art and research duo Jamboy (2013), which works on ethic-aesthetic aspects of globalisation, interculturalism, participation and new media.
