Klas Grinell

Klas Grinell is Curator of Contemporary Global Issues at the Museum of World Culture, Gothenburg, and Associate Professor at the Department for Literature, History of Ideas and Religion at Gothenburg University, specialising in Islamic history of ideas and critical heritage studies. He is coordinator and researcher in the Swedish research council funded project “Museological Framings of Islam in Europe”, from where this article stems. He is also a board member of Cultural Heritage without Borders.
