Sille Storihle

Sille Storihle is an artist and educator working with moving images and publications. Their projects revolve around neurodiversity—particularly focusing on ADHD—alongside an ongoing body of work in dialogue with queer archives and pasts. Currently, their artistic research focuses on live action role-playing (LARP) games. From 2012 to 2020 they ran the queer-feminist platform FRANK, together with Liv Bugge. Storihle holds a BFA from Trondheim Academy of Fine Art, and an MA in Aesthetics and Politics from CalArts, Los Angeles, and is currently Assistant Professor in Moving Images at Nordland School of Arts and Film, Kabelvåg. They have exhibited, among other venues, at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Oslo (2022 and 2014); M HKA —Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp (2020); Kunsthall Oslo (2018, 2017, and 2013); GiBCA—Göteborg International Biennial for Contemporary Art (2017); Performa, New York (2013); and Sharjah Biennial 11 (2013).
