Winnie Sze

Winnie Sze (SA) is an independent curator and researcher. She is currently part of a team digitising Ernest Mancoba’s archives and is working on the artist’s catalogue raisonné on behalf of the Estate of Ferlov Mancoba. She curated the exhibition “Je est un autre: Ernest Mancoba and Sonja Ferlov Mancoba” at the Cobra Museum of Modern Art, Amsterdam, as part of the 75th anniversary celebration of the inception of the Cobra movement. Her other curation/research practice focuses on contemporary artists working on community-based art projects. Prior to moving to South Africa, she ran a project space in London, England.
